Qingdao Drivworld Cosmetics Co., Ltd. shipping times vary depending on the product. We are not responsible if an order arrives late, or destroyed. Qingdao Drivworld Cosmetics Co., Ltd. employees cannot ensure that each product will arrive in the same condition as when it was packaged.
Customers may need to pay customs fees (depending on your country).
Shipping times are calculated for when the order has been shipped, not when the order was placed. SSB Beauty LLC. employees work diligently to package orders in a timely manner, but shipping time is based on shipping time, not processing time.

Qingdao Drivworld Cosmetics Co., Ltd. is not responsible if packages arrive later than scheduled on a shipping confirmation email. Qingdao Drivworld Cosmetics Co., Ltd. employees advocate for every package to be handled with care and arrive on time, but once shipped, we have no control over the shipping time.
If an address is not supported by YANWEN / DHL / EMS /UPS / Fedex, it is sent back to Qingdao Drivworld Cosmetics Co., Ltd. So, we cannot send it to that address. All packages that are returned are subject to 25-60% fee because Qingdao Drivworld Cosmetics Co., Ltd. cannot restock/resell the returned products. This amount will be taken out of the amount that is returned to you. You will receive a notification when we return your items.
International Shipping
Items shipped outside of China may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Qingdao Drivworld Cosmetics Co., Ltd.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from YANWEN / DHL / EMS /UPS / Fedex to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. All product prices/shipping costs are before any import duties or VAT which can be levied by local Customs.
